This course will help you to determine the value of various items. It will also explore the options available in disposing of an article or an entire household. 10-week group training program offered Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30PM. The program is for anyone who wants to try a 5K for the first time or improve a PR. It offers personalized training based on individual goals, experience, and physical ability. Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcomed. The program is led by certified race trainer Lindsay Pennise. Participants must be at least 16 years old. $25 fee covers training and one entry to Wood Library’s 5K race. Registrations are not transferable.
