Description: Join Canandaigua Fitness in their Noon exercise class for Fatburn 20/20. No weights required – A series of 10 cardio fat burning exercises that use your own bodyweight! Spend one min or so on each exercise then we explain the next one. Do one circuit for 20 min Fat Burn or both for 20/20 perfect vision! $5 per class.
