Friends of Wood Library

You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Friends of Wood Library on September 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Hamlin Meeting Room A at Wood Library.
The agenda will include a summary of the year’s events, a treasurer’s report and election of officers.
Please consider becoming involved so that the Friends can continue to provide vital support to our community library.  Our next monthly meeting is October 8th at 2:00pm in Hamlin Meeting Room A.
The Friends of Wood Library are:    Dedicated to supporting the library’s mission and programs;  Committed to providing essential funds for library materials, equipment and services;  Passionate about focusing public attention on the library.

History of the Friends

The Friends of Wood Library started in the 1960s. It has had several “resurrections” over the years, but in 1999 an enthusiastic group began the new “Friends” with great success (and a lot of fun!). Please join us as we support Wood Library.
